Hidden Valley Sewer Extension (Geneva Gravel Pit)

Project Background
- Two developers have contacted the District about developments at the Geneva Gravel Pit site, where there is currently no sewer available.
- There is currently no sewer available in this quadrant.
Project Purpose and Scope
- Extend the sewer to the two developments that can also accommodate the future developments at the Geneva Gravel Pit site.
Engineer: JUB Engineers
Project Status
- The District is accepting bids for the project.
- The estimated bid date for the project is March 9, 2023.

2024 CIPP Rehabilitation Project

Project Background
- The District has evaluated the condition of the three main outfall pipes from Camp Williams to 9000 South.
- The pipes are reaching the end of their service life and need to be lined.
- This project will be the fourth year of a multi-year phased outfall lining project.
Project Purpose and Scope
- Rehabilitate portions of the District’s three main outfall lines.
Engineer: CONSOR
Project Status
- The estimated bid date for the project is December, 2023.

11800 South Sewer Upsizing

Project Background
- The District’s flow model has shown, and it has been identified in the SECAP that the sewer line in 11800 is nearing capacity.
- 11800 South has been approved as a Capital Improvement Project.
- The District is coordinating with Riverton City, as the will be replacing a water line, and Herriman City and South Jordan City, as they may be widening 11800 South.
Project Purpose and Scope
- Upsize approximately 19,750 feet of existing pipe to 30″ and 36″ to increase capacity.
Engineer: Bowen, Collins, and Associates
Project Status
- Bowen, Collins, and Associates is designing the project.
- AGEC will provide Geotech services.
- The estimated bid date for the project is November 2023.

13400 South Sewer Upsizing

Project Background
- The District’s flow model has shown, and it has been identified in the SECAP that the sewer line in 13400 is nearing capacity.
- 13400 South has been approved as a Capital Improvement Project.
- The District is coordinating with UDOT, as UDOT will be constructing an interchange at 13400 South and Bangerter Hwy.
Project Purpose and Scope
- Upsize approximately 9,900 feet of existing pipe to 18″ to increase capacity.
Engineer: Hansen, Allen, & Luce
Project Status
- Hansen, Allen, & Luce is designing the project.
- AGEC will provide Geotech services.

14400 South Sewer Upsizing

Project Background
- The District’s flow model has shown, and it has been identified in the SECAP that the sewer line in 14400 is nearing capacity.
- 14400 South has been approved as a Capital Improvement Project.
- The District is coordinating with Bluffdale City, as they will be replacing a water and storm drain line.
Project Purpose and Scope
- Upsize approximately 7,520 feet of existing pipe to 18 to increase capacity.
Engineer: JUB Engineers
Project Status
- JUB Engineers is designing the project.
- GeoStrata will provide Geotech service

State Street

Project Background
- The District’s engineer is designing an alternative to the 12200 South project, which the District’s Board pulled due to increased costs added to the project to overcome the delays due to constructability and regulatory limitations.
- This new alignment will negate the need for a couple of projects identified on the District’s Capital Facility Plan.
Project Purpose and Scope
- Install a diversion structure and install and upsize a sewer pipe to accommodate future flows.
Engineer: CONSOR
Project Status
- The design team is working on plans that meet the District’s construction standards.
