By clicking on the link below, you acknowledge and agree to the following: (a) Xpress Bill Pay is affiliated with South Valley Sewer District only by a contractual arrangement where Xpress Bill Pay receives, on your behalf, your sewer service payment and remits your payment to the District; (b) there is no partnership, joint venture or similar business arrangement between South Valley Sewer District and Xpress Bill Pay under which South Valley Sewer District is responsible for or liable for the acts or omissions of Xpress Bill Pay; (c) you voluntarily agree to provide to Xpress Bill Pay your personal financial information and other information that will enable Xpress Bill Pay to process the payment of your sewer fee; (d) the confidentiality of the information you give to Xpress Bill Pay is the sole and exclusive responsibility of Xpress Bill Pay; (e) South Valley Sewer District does not request, receive, gather or store the financial information you provide to Xpress Bill Pay; (f) you expressly and knowingly waive any right or claim against South Valley Sewer District for the breach of any duty to maintain the confidentiality of your information, or for any contractual or statutory liability to maintain the confidentiality of said information; and (g) you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless South Valley Sewer District from any responsibilities, liabilities, or losses associated with the disclosure or breach of your information.
